Systems Strategies and Selections
Your existing system(s) are not supporting the needs of your organization. They may not align with the needs of your markets, they are possibly inefficient, or not capable of providing essential/timely business information. What are your next steps? Conducting a systems strategy is a prudent method to learn more about your organizations strategies/needs and bring the systems function into alignment with the organizations direction. If it is determined that a new systems application should be evaluated a systems selection project is a necessary effort to feel comfortable that an appropriate choice will be made. It can range from a “fit to” analysis of one solution to a full and exhaustive evaluation of several options, or somewhere in between.
