Dave has over 28 years of experience assisting organizations identify, plan and implement performance improvement opportunities. Dave is a former business consulting Principal with Andersen in Cleveland where he led Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Solutions service areas for 5 years. Prior to Andersen, Dave served as Senior Manager with Ernst & Young’s consulting group based in Cleveland. In addition, Dave served in several Director-Level industry leadership roles in information systems, operations support and engineering - consumer products (Artesian/Crane Plumbing), automotive (LuK) and distribution (Premier) industries. Dave began his professional career with Boeing. Dave has a Masters Degree from Missouri S&T and a Bachelors Degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. Dave serves on an industry advisory council for Miami University and an advisory board for The University of Akron.

Patrick’s career embodies over 18 years of experience assisting organizations to identify, plan and implement performance improvement opportunities leading to increased Return on Assets (ROA). Patrick is a former senior manager with Andersen in Cleveland where he was a leader in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Solutions service areas for 5 years. In addition, Patrick has several years experience in finance, technology, and supply chain with Avery Dennison. Patrick has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelors Degree from John Carroll University. Patrick is active in Catholic Charities in the Cleveland area.
